Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (if available)
International Shipping:
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- North America: 12-25 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout)
- Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using the tracking link provided
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain items)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Certain remote areas (additional fees may apply)
International Orders & Customs
Important Information for International Customers:

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Customs Clearance: Your order may be held at customs for inspection, which can delay delivery. We cannot control or predict customs processing times.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees. Refunds will be issued minus these costs.

Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Fulfillment Partners
We work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners and warehouses located internationally to ensure efficient delivery of your orders. Your items may ship directly from our suppliers to reduce delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your-email@luxedots.store] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
You will be responsible for reshipping costs or may receive a refund minus original shipping fees.
Order Modifications
- Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order
- We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun
Shipping During Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
